Matt was very helpful. But, I was dissatisfied because I had specifically scheduled to have my Vehicle serviced so as to get a renewal sticker and be done with registration. However, there were no stickers remaining. Either I should have been told that before coming in or they should have reserved one for my vehicle. Besides that I was satisfied. J Leigh
Rik did a great job of assessing my situation and the job was done quickly and efficiently.
I had a very professional and prompt appointment. Upon arrival there was a service person waiting to greet me and grabbed my car keys, it took 35 minutes for my car to get serviced and they also washed my car as part of the service. All I have to say is thank you LHM Service team.

You left the lug nuts loose after rotating the tires during my LCA.

Usually the service is awesome,brought my truck to get oil change and have them look at pop in steering,didn’t change my tire pressure back when they rotated tires and the service guy said I had to bring it back to have some else look at the steering it’s hard enough to get in there let alone bring it back pretty frustrating

Your prices to have repairs done are way over priced. I was not impressed on how the service man handled the situation that I needed my lines replaced. He had an I don’t care type of an attitude.

John is a great service advisor, I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.
When service advisor Ralph called to tell me my truck was done and ready to pick up, I asked if they could run it thru their car wash before I got there. He replied "already done". However, it was dark when I picked it up and didn't notice how it looked. After I got home and pulled into the garage, I noticed that my truck had NOT been washed. While this isn't a huge deal, perhaps the advisors should ensure things are completed before stating they are.
Nathan greeted me when I drove up to get an oil change. He has great customer service.
