Ralph was very prompt and courteous upon arriving, he thoroughly explained what they were doing to our vehicle and gave me a time line as to how long these services would take. Very friendly and helpful. I feel confident taking my Volt there. The only negative was the price, it was 2-3 times more expensive than I had anticipated. I was happy to get it resolved, however.
