Your prices are why to high. You'all did the re-call items and then charged me $$ to confirm the oil leaks I had. Which were probably caused by your service department over filling my oil in 2016 (double what it should have). How did it take $67 and some change to find the oil leaks...it took Jiffy Lube 30 seconds looking under my car.
He forgot to set the appointment that we agreed on or leave information that we were coming. But they still took care of us and finished our car anyway.
He did an excellent job. I also appreciated having a cubicle in the waiting room where I could concentrate on my work while waiting.

The service guy who helped me was great. He answered all my questions and since I don’t know a great deal about cars he was very patient with me. There was another service guy who was quite rude to me when I got there and told me I had to stand outside in the 38 degree cold until 7:00 am when they opened up. I didn’t catch his name but he has red hair.
Tom handled my service from start to finish professionally. He assisted me ith tire selection, kept me appraised of progress and need for additional service. Very pleased with Toms' support and assistance.
