Rik is the only person I trust with my car. He is kind, patient and cares about his customers well being when it comes to their cars. Rik is the reason I bring my car to LHM. My car is always treated with the utmost care and I never feel like I’m being undermined by a big auto corporation.

I didn’t have a service appointment but really needed to get the headlight bulb replaced on my Tahoe. I stopped by on a busy Saturday to see if I could get the bulb replaced and John was able to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Ralph was great super attentive and a great communicator. Car was ready on time. Why can't it be part of the process to wash the car? I know if I 'ask' it will happen- but I don't want to ask, I just want to pick up a clean car especially when it's been at the dealer for 1 plus hour.
