We had an extremely hard time getting the issue with our car resolved, but Nate made sure to keep us informed and did his very best to take care of us while they worked out the issue. We appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to stick with us till it was completely resolved.

Rik and the Chevy team was awesome. I just went in for a quick oil change and they found a serious problem in The tire arm from a recent accident. They made sure I was safe and got me a loaner car over the weekend for a business trip out state. I appreciated everryone efforts on my behalf.. thanks so much..

It was just an oil change is all, but I expect people to be friendly and fast, and that’s the service I get there. That’s why I always come from west valley just for an oil change.
I was not completely satisfied because my car smelt like transmission fluid all the way home, please tell your workers not to spill any fluids or else they left something unscrewed in the vehicle.. plus, it gave me a headache on the road coming home and I stay like 3 hours away from SLC.. now I smell like the fluids, I hope my vehicle don’t smell tomorrow morning.. just letting you know
