Ralph was very courteous and professional and kept me informed.
When I got in my car to leave the issue that I brought the car in for was not repaired but I was told that it was. I called and spoke to the service representative who assured me it was fixed. By the time I get home I knew it was not and now I have to come back for a second appointment.

Very competent and capable individual. He looked into all issues I had and resolved the problem or explained an alternative solution. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Professional and informative. The only surprise was the $100 fee per use IOC the warranty. Would have been good to make that more visible up front. Otherwise a good experience.
