Daniel was knowledgeable and very nice. But, his computer system didn’t show that a problem I was having (**** to park message) should be covered by warranty so it wasn’t fixed and I was told it’d cost around $500 to fix it After I showed the GM doc that say it’s covered (tech bulletin 19-NA-206 Dec2020) he and his manager said they’d get back to me on Monday after talking to the GM rep, but didn’t so I don’t know what to do to get it fixed. Also, I got a txt messages on Monday saying my car was fixed and ready for pickup when I picked it up on Saturday which is a little weird.

I’m very disappointed in the way my 2015 Colorado work requests were handled, from the scheduling to the extended time frame it took to get the work handled. My experience with Tom Bell Chevrolet was a stressful experience on the way the minor work that had to be done is really unexceptionable. I was put on the back burner , one excuse after another. I will air my experience at a higher level and I will not use this dealership in the future, I will let feelings broadcast to the higher level of authority. The
