Howard was very nice and thorough.
Howard did a great job. I have one concern however....They washed my vehicle, which I do appreciate, but I had some items in the back of my truck that I didn't want to get wet. If I had known it was going to get washed I would've put the items in the cab. Please do not hold this information against Howard's scores. Thank you
Took my car in for an oil change and when I returned to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was on. The Chevy Representative told me it was already on but I can assure you it was not otherwise it would have been something I pointed out to have checked. Berry disappointed.
Had my suburban for 2 days.said they were going to take care of recall and didnt.went in to find the problem with my seat recline , instead they installed the switch and said it didnt work..then I was told to make another appointment or they could keep my vehicle to probably take another excessive amount of time to find the problem.when they should have found the problem the first time.will never return to this dealership.
Brian was helpful and friendly. He informed me of another service my vehicle needed but did not pressure me about it. Definitely will use Tom Bell again!
My truck was severely scratched with the “free wash” provided, even with my Cealajet and my alignment is worse than when I brought it in.

I noticed a big difference in the car after it was serviced.It drove so smooth and had power.
We were completely satisfied with Skylar but the car wash we paid for was unsatisfactory! There was still dirt in the interior and back streaks on our white car.
The job was very good for short notice.
