Lack of communication and inaccurate data for my car. Seems like the service department is only out to make a profit. They mentioned a transmission service; however, I did that last year at this site and they keep acting like I didn’t. So either they ripped me off and made me pay for a service I didn’t receive or are so incompetent to where they don’t update and review their customer service notes.
The service representative was patient attentive and answered all my questions. I definately will go back because i need quality work and service because a car is a necessity,thank you Chevrolet!
Daniel was courteous and professional. He handled all my service needs without and did not do what most other dealership shops do. He did not try to pressure me into unnecessary services that I cannot afford in order to increase his sales. Something I appreciate as it’s one thing that I will cease dealings with a shop when they try it. Well done Daniel

My appt was foe 3:30, i had to wait & my vehicle wasn't done until 5:20, why make an appt if my vehicke isn't taken for oil change until 4:50
I took the truck in for a recall. When I brought it in it already had a crack in the dash on the passenger side, but when I received it I noticed a new Crack on the driver's side. I don't expect compensation or repair for the dash because it was already cracked but try to be careful with others vehicles.
Very friendly, made the process simple, kept us updated on my vehicle service. Didn’t go over the original price quoted for our service.
That service it was terrible I waited for 3 hours an idea they never did my service I will never go back again to your place it was my 1st time being there It was terrible
When I pulled up to get my service, I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes with the staff walking pass me without saying a word to me. Then finally I asked Carlos and he pointed out where I could be seated. Then I had to wait more time for Daniel because he was **** with another customer, so Howard took over and a helped me with my service. Once Daniel became available then he stepped in and got my car washed after my service was complete.
Only thing is I wish I didn’t had to sit and wait so long to be helped.
