Dan is a man he stayed in communication with me all the time kept me up-to-date on vehicle in the situations that were occurring as they were happening... He helped me with my rental car also .. Angela I believe her name was also was amazing help me to me... Customer service was absolutely spectacular, I will definitely come back again...

Dealer gave wrong diagnosis. My transmission line is broken. Barley made it back home. I feel you should refund my money. I will be contacting the manager and writing a bad review on goggle.

He called me with updates and continued to inform me about the situation with a needed part on order to confirm with me to request my approval to keep my car extra days to receive necessary part to complete the work. Thankful the GM coverage with no charge to me. I did request the maintenance from previous service writer to be completed also, with coupon I received in the mail for one of the maintenance requirements. Ummm...nothing was done to my truck yesterday, you basically stated you were too busy and would give a call when we could bring it back in. We were the ones to call you for updates...you never called us. We took the truck back yesterday so I don't understand the reason for the text. Great communication ????
