I called the day before for a drop off time the earliest possible,... great. @7:30 am????fri my day off.Howard V. Greeted me set me up gave me a lot of information as to what was going to be serviced with mh truck. He inspected asked and answered questions I had. Pulled my info on my vehicle and set the ball rolling gave me a window an estimate then called when my vehicle was finished. GREAT! HE then answered my questions after my print out was given to me by him.he then pulled up my history to what was due in service to my truck so I would know the services needed and the estimated costs THANK YOU , TOM BELL.
Tony and Josh both were very polite and helpful! Great customer service from all.
It took longer than I was expecting, yet Tony was diligent in answering my questions and letting me know what was going on.
Mr. ****was very defensive from the start. He tried to minimize my frustration by telling me that his wife had to wait six months to be seen by a doctor. That is non of my business or concern. Why he felt the need to share that with me was very disconcerting. He never called me back on the first day to give me an update. It wasn’t until I called day two that Mr. Tony in service caught me up on what was going on. Kudos to Mr. Tony for assisting me. Also the problem wasn't corrected.
