My whole experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet has been exceptional. From the time I test drove my truck to the time I took it back for cilajet and glass breakage protection. Esau and Dan have been extremely personable, and are very good at customer experience and satisfaction. I got robbed I will never again do business with Tom bell Chevrolet. Shady business will eventually get you out of business. I went in there to get a key and clicker programmed and walked out with a 600 dollar bill. My Tahoe was running perfect what a coincidence the ground cable went bad the minute I left your shop.

You made me very uncomfortable. Honestly, I don't think I will ever return to your service department. Didn't help notice other customers complaining about things going out on a GM product with low miles! This is sick! A Chevrolet Traverse should not need a four wheel alignment for at least 20 to 24,000! Consumer affairs says exactly that!
I have been purchasing Chevrolet vehicles since 1985, Never any issues until now! I thought GM was supposed to attract customers, not chase them away! You certainly chased me away! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER CHEVROLET AGAIN!

The staff kept me informed of the status of my truck. Annette called me to inform me of the problem and solution. I was very happy to hear that my truck would be ready later that afternoon. Thank you Annette for your help and updates.
My only issue is that my car was done being serviced and I was never called. The service department closed and didn’t notify me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Luckily when I called, someone was still there for me to pick it up.
Dan went above and beyond in making sure that my vehicle’s tires were replaced quickly and efficiently. In a two week span, I had two nails in two different tires. I greatly appreciate the fantastic customer service!
