Howard was great as usual. The only problem I had was my AC is not working after my spring package service was completed. My paperwork says that it was working but it is blowing hot air with the AC on and it is 100 degrees outside. Now I am waiting to hear back for the service department to see what is going on with my vehicle.

Service advisor was rude. The service advisor acted as if I was inconveniencing him because I was a walk in as opposed to having an appointment. I asked for a vehicle was and he said if he had time. I understand that your probably short staffed, but it’s not ok to make a customer feel as if we are the inconvenience. In addition, I found a small scratch with a dent on the passenger rear fender. I didn’t notice it until I got home. And I’m not going to press the issue because I’m sure the push back will be that I should’ve checked my vehicle before I left the dealership. What’s more surprising is that I received this kind of service from someone who’s says he’s been at the job for 42 years. He knew I was annoyed so he decided to comp me a free car wash. Wow!! You asked me. And so I told you. Your customer service needs to improve. I’ll be taking my service needs elsewhere.

First of all my service advisor Howard was great he welcomed me was informative and took care of my trucks service. I have been a returning customer to Tom Bell for several years now however the time management there is horrible. Every time I make an appointment for a simple oil change service, it does not seem to matter if I make an appointment or walk in first thing in the morning seems like I wait the same amount of time, 3hours if not more. I know this is all beyond Howard's control. A representative does not have to contact me just my feedback to you and again Thank you Howard.
I really appreciated Dan Burris helping my daughter with her Chevrolet Cruze when the vehicle broke down. Dan was very professional and help getting her car fixed in a timely Matter.

Howard is always a pleasure to work with. He is personable, professional, and efficient. We have never had a bad experience when he is involved. He is awesome and deserves a bonus. :) Our last service with a different employee was awful so I was very thankful that we got to work with Howard this time.
