Annette was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way for me. She made sure that my truck was in tip top shape and what I asked for, she took care of.
Everything was done right, although we were told about getting a rental car for the day we weren't told that we had to pay for it so I think that could have helped us plan everything a little different but other than that everything was awesome thank you

I just purchased a car last week and my brakes were extremely squeaky.
I came in brought my car and after five hours they came out and told me there’s nothing wrong with my brakes, but yet I've owned over 10 cars and they’ve never squeaked like that before ! so I’m pretty sure there’s something wrong with them. It’s either the brakes or the rotors. I’m literally embarrassed to drive it because of how loud they squeak! pulling out of my driveway my neighbors can hear my brakes.

Why was the transmission leak not brought to my attention or repaired? I was never told this was even an issue, and didn't realize there was a problem until I read the service report and then looked under my car and saw the oil leaking on the transmission.
Tony is the best service rep I have dealt with so far at Tom bell. He was direct, honest and had my best interest in mind. He is a breath of fresh air, give this man a raise.
