Absolutely satisfied with Damon. He did everything and more to assist me. Really disappointed when I first brought in my car and had Annette assist me telling me probably gas I put in. Won’t be able to get me in for at least 2 weeks. May need the car for 2 weeks. Have no loan cars available I said ok but is my car ok to drive I’m driving to Washington state next week. Again Annette advised me she could not assist me. To drive my car till my gas tank is half way full then put in better gas from “Chevron , Shell, Chevron or Mobile. Got a call from Tom Bell the next day my car was seen in 2 days not 2 weeks. Come to find out it was a soft ware glitch which GMC needs to fix. Annette was rude not believing in me. I felt like my concern about my brand new car was interrupting her work day and she was blaming me for my gas selection. I was advised by Tom Bell service that it was not true. Annette made me feel as if my concerns about my car were not important.I give Tom Bell 100 percent satisfaction. I give the employee Annette a zero on customer care concerns and satisfaction I’m sorry. She made me feel like I was stupid and unimportant

I was very satisfied with the way things were handled on my car when I brought it in. The people there answered my questions And were curtious. The work was Completed in a timely manner.

yes and no...my tires were rotated and i had a nail in one of the tires...in the passengers right front tire..Howard was excellent..
