I bought a lifted truck from Tom bell, brand new lift tires and wheels installed by the dealer, I was told that I have to take the truck back to the dealer after 1k miles to get the suspension re torque, along with that they have to re torque the wheel lug nuts, I called when I was 750 miles to ask if an appointment was required, the person that I talk to said no need for you to make an appointment for this, a couple days later I showed up to the dealer and they turn me back, apparently I need it an appointment……… 3 days later I’m back for the service and they were not able to complete, they send me to the shop they did the lift because the service department didn’t had a big enough socket to re torque the wheel lug nuts, they even told me….. those are aftermarket lug nuts we can do anything with aftermarket accessories, remember I bought the truck like that from the showroom floor….. apparently now I have to pay 150 every time y want to do a rotation, this is in the shop where they did the lift, the dealer can’t service any aftermarket wheels and tires. But they sale it to you.
I only had one issue that has never happened before when I brought my truck in to have a oil changed. When I got in my truck to leave I smelled oil in the cab, but thought it was from the construction that is going on Alabama St, and checked the engine when I got home and found a number of wet oil droplets of oil near and behind the oil filler on the top of the engine. Other than that everything was perfect everyone was very nice and the work was done in a timely manner.

I had to bring my Colorado back because the antenna was replaced and did not work. Apparently the technician never checked to see if it was installed properly. However the service manager had it taken care of immediately and only had a minimal wait.
Daniel was great the customer service was great but they washed my truck and now I have scratches on my truck that I have never had, my truck is brand new and I’m not happy about the scratches.
She is very professional and I appreciate her calm demeanor.

They dont know the difference between Honda accord and honda civic. I had to waste money getting there to pik up the wrong car, then Had to waste money again to get there when they had the right car ready.
