I am beyond grateful for the help and advice I received from Damon in the service department. I was lucky enough that Pep Boys discovered my AC issue was under warranty and referred me to the dealership. Then, I was even luckier that Damon was able to squeeze me in, an out-of-towner, so I could continue on my road trip in a rental vehicle. As I head back through Redlands tomorrow to pickup my repaired vehicle, I’m grateful to be able to head back home without having to worry about getting it repaired. Thanks Damon!

My battery on my 2018 Silverado was still under warraty, the technician marked it bad on the windshield sticker but he didn’t change it. Nobody let me know the battery was bad. My battery died a month later. I replaced the battery out of my own pocket when it should’ve been replaced for free under warrenty. If it wasn’t covered on warranty I’m sure you would’ve contacted me to replace it, as each and every time I bring it in you try and make me buy something I don’t need, or point out even the smallest thing to charge for.Absolutely unacceptable that this didn’t get changed out under the warranty.
