My appointment was with Brian at 8:00. He almost immediately turned me over to Damon who was with another customer. At one point I asked Brian what the deal was and he bristly told me Damon would be with me soon. After 30 minutes plus Damon finally got to me he asked me all the same questions that Brian could have. Damon did go out of his way to understand the hard to pin point problem and your tech attempted to fix the problem but was unable to duplicate the problem. Since the issue isn't fixed I will have to return when it occurs again. BUT WHEN I DO RETURN I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH BRIAN AGAIN. IF HE IS ASSIGNED AS MY SERVICE ADVISOR I WILL GO ELSEWHERE. End of story

Over several years I trust Annette to chose the best repair person to fix my old car. What ever she tells me needs fixed I know it has nothing to do with the shop making income. The car actual needs the repair. Thanks for having her manage my car

Even though my car needed some extra work, Damon was very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with my service. He even wiped the car down himself after wash to make sure it was perfect.
No communication for 6 hours. I had to call for an update and the car was not even washed when I arrived to pick it up.

Testing of my electrical system in my opinion was a joke, very poor customer service mentality.
Communication is well and process to complete my car. So let see how it running long. If it success long running and no problem coming up then i will high recommend this place

Bryan did not offer any explanation to what was done to vehicle other than the recall was done and it was safe to charge to 100%. On safety concerns about the vehicle’s screen shutting down he said that it was going to cost us a lot to just have it inspected. No information about the condition of my Bolt’s battery. I am still very concern about my Bolt’s battery overheating and exploding in my garage.
