My service rep Miseal was not the best person to be working service. Not only did he forget that I was waiting, but he attempted to state that he was not informed of my appointment. I had been waiting an hour and twenty three minutes. I know he was told about my presence when I first arrived, because I was assisted by the valet, a service person, and a supervisor. Misael just needed to admit that he forgot Inwas waiting. All other aspects of service were great. My car was finished in a timely manner and my mechanic was knowledgeable.
Jan was great with keeping me informed with what was going on with my vehicle. I appreciated how she made me feel valued.
