Annette went above and beyond what I was expecting. When she became aware that my vehicle would not be ready for several hours, She was more than accommodating by providing me with a loaner. She was very apologetic when it wasn't finished by the end of the day and kept me in the loop with constant texts. I was running late the next day to return the vehicle and she did not hesitate to offer to stay until I arrived. Fortunately, I arrived 2 minutes before closing aand she still serviced me with a smile. She is deserving of Tom Bell Member of the Month (if you have this award, if not you should). My experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet is the worst experience that anybody could ever have going to a dealership especially when you spend over $180,000 in one night for two vehicles every time I go to this dealership I feel like I’m getting lied to and ripped off and my problems never get fixed Tom Bell Chevrolet is the biggest rip off dealership around and it **** because that is the closest one to my house and every time I go there I dread it Daniel does not know what he’s doing along with a lot of other people inside of there please people are horrible to deal with the mechanics are incompetent I mean they can’t even fix a seat in a Camaro that I just recently taken there they lied to me of what’s wrong with it and charge it charge me for something that wasn’t even true so yes Tom Bell Chevrolet is horrible and I am going to post this everywhere
If you're going to take apts you should be able to accommodate them....an oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2 hours for an appt that was set up
Jan got me in and out, she was very nice and professional. That's always a good reflection on the company. The only issue I have is that my front bow tie is loose, I'm nervous it might come off. I replaced the gold bow tie for black ones.
I will not be returning here.

Pedro is a very very good guy to have on your team he is an asset to your company. He's a great guy good to conversate with and very thorough in the job I am trusting you as a company to complete.
I am completely satisfied with the personal service of Pedro Gonzalez. However the service of the oil change department I found to be unsatisfactory in that for a simple oil change and no car wash it took 2 and 1/2 hours. I find that much to long . That has not been my experience in the past with other oil changes. Also my experience when I purchased my 2016 Camaro from Tom Bell was excellent.
