I really appreciate Annette Book as a Service Specialist. She is very attentive to her customers' needs, and is knowledgeable about cars, so can properly advise me about what is necessary to do for my vehicles to keep them running properly.

Your dealership had placed water into my Windshield Washer Reservoir over multiple services. In fact, the Service Manager, Josh Petty, told me that it is standard practice. The water damaged my system. If you cut corners with $2 items that I can see, where else is your dealership cheating customers?
