Damon is excellent. The only frustrating thing about my experience was that they said they were bringing my truck around when we were all finished up and it took another 30 minutes. It was getting washed and whoever does that did not estimate and relay that time accurately.

I took my car in to have the rear windshield wiper replaced. I don’t see how it took over two hours for them to tell me they don’t have the part. There should be like a fast track for non emergency type of vehicle maintenance. Instead of having someone wait so long for something so little. The advisor was great, but your system of getting people in and out is horrible.
