Damon went above & beyond when he noticed the interior windows weren’t washed. He completed the job himself, which involved cleaning bugs imbedded in my grill. I know when he’s my service manager, I will be well taken care of.

My car Windows were tinted, they have air bubbles on all of them, my passanger side door handle, the cover is missing, n its filled will grease. They mentioned our car was going to be vacuumed,it was not.
Jan was great but There was a situation while I was being helped by Jan. Josh Petty the service manager came over telling Jan that she has another person waiting and to wind it up because it has been 10 mins already. She said I am helping this lady and he responded hurry up all in front of me which I thought was incredible rude and made me feel like I was not important. ????

Misael took time to do my paperwork even though he was about to go to lunch. I wish those staff outside of the service department would be more friendlier. No cordial greetings or whatsoever. The lady clerk that helped me once I paid for service she was very nice though I forgot the name.
