I couldn’t be offer a shuttle ride to my homeI live 12.2 miles from the dealership and I was told by Jan No shuttle ride. At that point I cancel to have my vehicle service at Tom Bell. My service today would have cost about $400 to $600. I brought my vehicle in due a warranty item for Emissions issues notification by On star. I scheduled an appointment before bringing it in. Jan expllained I needed also transmission service, fuel service, engine cabinet filter. Tire rotation and routine service. I also added to have Tires balance because it doesn’t come with tire rotation and oil change for $99, it’s an extra $59. Add all this up and you see why I said $400 to $600. I purchased this vehicle from here(Tom Bell), at the time I was living in Beaumont. More than 12.2 miles, had I known this type of treatment is condone I would not have bought it here. The last time I visited atom Bell, I had to get the store manager involved, yes the service advisor was Jan at thT time also. I’m sure to tell my story to many, social media and the military community.
