It is quite hard to find descent Customer Servece now a days but I am impressed with Tom Bell’s Service Dept. and Annette Book. Would like to compliment the entire team and say Outstanding Job!!! I am satisfied for the work you guys did to my 2019 traverse on the other hand I just didnt like the fact that once I got in my suv it seemed like someone was smoking inside my vehicle but other then that I really do appreciate the work that was done in my SUV
My only complaint was how long it took to have my vehicle washed and vacuumed. I went to breakfast which took at least an hour and when I got back I was told it was being washed. I sat in the waiting area for quite a while and then checked again. I was told they should be finishing up and it should be another 10-15 minutes. Got a text saying my vehicle was ready and to allow 10-15 minutes for paperwork. Waited and then checked again. Long story short there was a lot of waiting and checking and where’s the red traverse?? Annette is incredible and very kind as always. I’m just not sure why it took so long?? My appt was for 9am and I didn’t get out of there until about 11:45.
It was nice to be seen the same day I called for service.
