I took my Toyota Tundra to this dealership instead of the Toyota dealership because yours offers better deals and better customer service. Your place is awesome and I shared this with my coworkers and they said they were going to give it try too.
we weren't satisfied they had the car for 2 days and said they could not find the problem they wanted $300 even though we have the extended warranty they wanted that to find the problem when we went to pick the car up they suddenly knew what the problem was and said it was covered and that I should get it done before the warranty runs out we left the dealership without the car getting fixed
Jan advised me it would be ok to drive my car after I was complaining of a noise I heard she said it may be rear differential and I had to wait a couple of days for the service dept to be available I would be called...I didn't make it home I had to have it towed home...now I don't know which chevy dealer to trust I am at a loss...I have been sold a lemon...I have not had these many issues with any car that I ever owned...bad dealer bad service

Pedro was so sweet from the moment he greeted me. He didn't sound like a salesman when he was going over the services I should get for my car. He seemed very genuine in his suggestions and explained things in a way I could understand. When the service on my car was completed Pedro was still helpful and got me on my way. He even assisted in getting my son in the car. He went above and beyond, I truly appreciated his sincerity.

I have to say Lorenzo at parts department done an exellent job getting everything together and setting up an appointment. I arrived early before they opened the doors and unfortunately I was there for nearly 8 long hours to get my turn.Wish someone had pushed n got my truck in n up on a rack a little sooner.Didn't go as i expected,but i was very happy with the end result of my borla install! Service person was nice, but should have given a little more push-
