She went above and beyond to help me through the stress of a check engine light on my less than 2 week old Chevy traverse. I will continue to go back for service not underneath warranty because the customer service was so great.
I think Annette also helped me last time I was there. She's extremely helpful and kind. I will request her next time I need my Chevy serviced.

Pedro lacked patience, when he tried to sell me the $99 service after I came in for an oil change, I wasn’t sure what EXTRA services it included. He already handed me a poorly printed sheet and said in a condescending tone that “it’s all listed there.” I choose to get both my Chevy vehicles serviced here out of convenience and usually get patient and professional service writers. This was not the case today. Clearly I may have frustrated Pedro as even upon my return to pickup my vehicle he failed to greet me as I passed by him.
I think it’s crazy that now you charge for a tire rotation when you already have the car in the air for an oil change. I also think it’s crazy that a front alignment cost 169 dollars. I won’t be going to Tom Bell anymore for any of my car needs.
