The techs did not return all of my items back to the glove compartment after they completed the job they were doing. This is why I was not completely satisfied with my experience. SN: This was the 2nd time that this has happened.

I am completely satisfied with my service. Jan was great. I was afraid to come in since my car was passed the warranty. But Jan made the experience so much easier. They also cleaned my engine for me after a valve cover incident that went wrong elsewhere. A few repairs and now my car is finally running good. It's nice to get quality repairs and treatment. I appreciate being updated in what is going on too while waiting for my car. Overall great experience. Much better that my past experiences at Tom Bell!
