Damon did an excellent job communicating. However, I don't like the fact that Tom Bell Chevrolet does not provide the breakdown of expenses that one is spending on their car to have it serviced. This is an injustice to your loyal customers. Frankly, I find it quite odd and it should be considered illegal. All other companies provide a breakdown including any discounts. My bill shows a flat hourly fee, no discounts or any other adjustments or the number of hours spent working on my car. Not happy. And, it's not ok.
