I tried multiple times to get my oil changed and brakes replaced Saturday, tuesday then saturday again with an appointment at 12pm Two times they told me that they were super busy and id have to come back so i did saturday again with an appointment not only did they make me wait 35 minutes to get help they said i would probably get my car the next day. Im not sure if they knew what was going on honestly. The gentlemen at the desk were asking each other questions about orders and if they could do oil changes in 3 hours. Im sorry to sound like im whinning but that was awful

I was charged several hundred dollars.....for the job of repairing my vehicle just to experience the very reason I brought vehicle in for repair...vehicle was not repaired...But it's TOM BELL I have learned over the years not to expect quality service...

I was satisfied with the customer service. MRS. Book's has a Caring personality and is a hardworker. I enjoyed recieving feedback and update about how my car. Overall, my experience with Tom Bell was excellent.
