The service advisers were very rude to the porters. To the point where I wanted to leave. It wasn’t even someone trying to be nice, it came off as almost in a bully way. That doesn’t keep a good relationship with co workers, that creates a recipe for disaster.

Jan Kauffman was very good on keeping me updated with my vehicle’s work and also she told me I had to leave my car for couple days and she was able to loan me a car for the days that they kept my car thank you Jan and Tom Bell Chevrolet. I was very happy with Jan’s work.

The problem is not with the service writer. The problem is with the service process. After dropping off my truck at 9am, I was notified around 3pm of the problem and was asked if I authorize the work. I OK’d the work and left a message that I’ll be there to pick up the truck around 5-530. Upon my arrival I was told that the part was not available and therefore no work was done on my vehicle. The following are my gripes. 1. Why was I notified so late for the work to be done? Yet the part was not available?? 2. Why was the part not confirmed available in inventory before requesting authorization from me to perform the work? 3. Upon knowing that the part would need to be ordered, why was I not notified ASAP do that I can pick up my vehicle instead of waiting an extra 2.5 hours? Communication was poor and the lack of attention to time and parts availability really hurt the experience there. Feel free to call me.
