Howard didn’t seem to know the computer system and just seemed overwhelmed! I was there waiting 3-1/2hrs for a oil change and front end alignment
I definetely appreciated my experience with Damon Chero. He thoroughly explained to me the type of service my vehicle was going to get and also visualy let me see a problem that needed to be corrected. He was quick to let me know that it was covered by the power train warranty and made me an appointment. He was professional and friendly.
I asked to have the bolt on my oil pan replaced and my request was completely disregarded.

Dan is the man at that service department. Dan always treats me like I am royalty and always takes great care of me. The reason I come back is because of his great service and he always remembers who I am. Misael Moranda was very rude and didn't listen and still try to charge me for something they never fixed the first 2 times I took the truck in.400$ to replace a.battery cable when they cost y0$ at any auto shop. Very poor service. And the manager talked to us like we were dumb. Very poor.services
