Misael Miranda is an excellent employee.I’ve delt with him 2times and he never lets me down.there is never no pressure when I need something done to my car,but he tells me the severity of the problem. We dropped our keys in the Dropbox at 6:30 AM.. We called at 9:30 and was told we would be contacted when ready to do paperwork. We then called back at approximately 3:15 PM . Tom Bell Chevrolet had not serviced the vehicle. Howard said they were not aware that the vehicle was there. They check the lock box before they opened. Please call me back at ****-****-xxxx. The customer service was great.. i think you should never throw away the old parts that you replace .. so the customer can see the work that was done... in my case.. the reservoir was replaced and was given back ,but you replaced the thermostat housing and threw it away...very disappointed

Daniel was cordial,professional, and not condescending. He kept me updated in person or by text(which I loved). I really liked that he showed me the nail in my tire and explained why it couldn't be patched.He went over future maintenance with me, but I felt no pressure to do anything extra this day. He made sure that my car was cleaned nicely and he walked to to my car. He was just all around nice. I am definitely a loyal customer. I could have gone to cheaper places, but THAT kind of customer service keeps me coming back. Thank you
