Even though there were issues with getting my car serviced in a timely manner, Howard was very nice and when I did mention the errors in my car wash he was very apologetic and made up for the bad experience.

Came to pick up after I was told it was ready.
They told me they couldn’t find the keys. Then later told me they couldn’t find the truck. Then later they tell me we’re sorry it will be a while we have to put your starter back in.
Then I finally get my truck and now the check engine light is on!
Very unhappy customer.

Keep your schedule. I purchased 4 tires which I was told they were in stock and they were not. It took 4 hours to have 4 new tires installed on my truck. Unecceptable.
