Made an appointment a week ago for 7am. I was the third car in line waiting before the service department even opened. It took the staff 6 hours to even call me to tell me that the service technician was too busy to look at my car and recommended that they keep my vehicle overnight..... unacceptable, so I’ll take my car to a place where they won’t waste my time. I finally picked up my car at 2pm, 7 hours later. I honestly don’t even know what the point of the appointment was if service wasn’t going to even look at my car. Wasted my only day off to get nothing done.

The lady Annette was rude, and hard to work with. She provided incorrect quotes, and proceeded to argue about it. The sticker on my car for an oil change was set for 30,000 miles from the correct time it was supposed to be changed. This could cause a client significant damage.
