Today I waited for someone to help me it took them to help me. I had to get someone's attention. They checked the car, but never addressed me.
No issues with Mr. Burrus as he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. I did have an issue with timely work. I was promised my vehicle by close of business Thursday but the tech proceeded to leave early with my vehicle unfinished. Also, I had requested a wash and interior detail but it was not completed when I picked up the truck so it was taken off my work order.
He did a great job. I would do business with him for next time.
Awesome guy, no wait at all, right on the dot with with my appointment. I was nervous because it was my trucks first service, but Howard reassured me that my "baby girl" was in good hands. Needless to say, Howard is a man of his word. Thank you guys.
