Daniel took great care of us . We were having a rough day . But Daniel was a bright part of our day! He did everything he could to make things better.
Dan was great, having a 9:30 appointment and not being seen until 10, not so much. Calling to check status of vehicle and cold transferred twice and having to explain what is going on three times, a clear example of a serious lack of communication between your departments. I can understand being busy and backed up, what I can’t understand is the lack of care in providing quality customer service with something as simple as checking the status of a vehicle service. I am not an irate customer that expects to be treated better than anyone else but I do expect that a dealership of your caliber would be more concerned with how you treat your customers.

Annette listened to my concerns about my Saturn when I limped it in, having just come my from an exam by ophthalmologist. She said to come in and she would start the paper work and arranged a ride home. Her call later to inform me of what was found wrong and the estimated cost of repair honest and up front. She did help to allay my anxiety of repairing the Saturn.

Excellent service, CJ was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. The only thing that bothered me was when I asked for my car, the service attendant said my car was not was washed and I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. I picked up the car around 5:30 pm. It would have been nice to get my car washed before I picked it up. However, service was excellent.
Daniel always makes our service experience fast and pleasant.
CJ tried hard but failed to wash the car like he promised and I was waiting for paperwork while he was practicing his golf moves in front of all of his patient customers.
Dan was great however whoever serviced my tires over tightened the lug nuts so when I went to the establishment that i bought the tires from they said they couldn't remove the tire because of possible cross threading and didnt want to break the threaded rod and were not going to be responsible for it breaking. Now I have to go back to Tom Bell and have them removed and ensure they are tighted by a gauge. Very frustrating!!! This was my first interacting with Tom Ford not sure if I'll be back!!
