Dan made my experience GRAND. I felt like the dealer must be under new management or Dan has been the best experience I've had at Tom Bell in years if ever. He called me first thing the morning about findings and called me once car was completed in early afternoon. once I walked into service dept he know my name and made sure car was called up for my pick up.

Please urge GM to bring back the tire rotation included with the oil change cost. Much better value when that was included.

This was my first time at your dealership. I was totally unhapoy with the service I received. I will never return to Tom Bell under ant circumstances. I came in on a Friday fir a diagnostic service on my car. At first I was told it would be about 5 hours, than I was told that I could nit get a courtesy ride to my home in Beaumont due to my car being kept over night. Granted, I had an appointment but, I took my car and left and return about 29 minutes after I left triple A. Annette told me she wiuld call me at the end of the day. Never received a cal. I left her three messages in her line, and not one of them was returned. Finally, I call het on her direct line and she said the car would be pullef at 8:09 am Saturday morning, and she would have an answer for me at 9:00 am. Still nothing! I arrivef at Tom Bell at 8:30am, and Annette said the car was nit ready. Give her an hour, this is aftwr my car was left there all night the night before. 10:00 am nothing, my husband come in and ask. Where is my wife vehicle. One of yoyr mechanic said, what make. He said 2017 GMC, the tech said oh. Its not ready. My husband saw my car parked on the other side if the wall. And not until then, they took the car and hooked it up to the computer. I left your place after 11:00am. Not to mention I had to rent another car to fet home to Beaumont. Worse experience I have evwr had in all my years if dealing with dealership. I am so sorry to say, I was treated horrible, and the customwr services was awful and I will never use your location again. Even if it was free. In our business customer service is key, and so is honesty. I experience neither at your dealwtship. I believe word of mouth goes further than anything. I am so sorry I decided to give Tom Bell a chance of being my dealwr of choice. Rhank you foe a horrible experience and rhe opportunity to know what I don't want in a dealer. I also informed Annette that I was going to work aftwr I left your place at 9:30. But I nevwr made it out until after 11:00 am.

I’ve had Pedro a few times while getting my Silverado serviced. He is by far the most people friendly that I have dealt with! Other service writers seem pre occupied and not really customer friendly. I mean the kid is always up beat and is there with your keys when your vehicle is complete. I’ve waited out front looking like an idiot on More than one occasions with other service writers waiting on my keys after paying my bill.Usually I wouldn’t really worry about it to much, but you sent the survey so I thought i would be honest!

I had a ton of issues with Anissa, I was then handed over to Annette and she was prompt and honest and made sure I was updated with everything involving my vehicle.
