Thanks to Jan for helping me today. I am really dissatisfied with the service and my car in the past visits. Jan made it a little easier and she was very professional and understanding with me. I was short on money and I was worried about the service my car needed. She was able to offer a program to help me in that situation. I will always call Jan from now on. The gentlemen that helped me in the past did not try to work with me or acknowledge me as their past customer. Jan answered the questions and problems I had. Sometimes people need someone to listen once in awhile. They did not do the VIP wash that my car needed but she was able to have a courtesy wash done on my car. Always when I go they do not plug my GPS in. Thus this time mostly everything was done. Thank you Jan Kauffman.

My 2018 Colorado randomly died and while the situation definitely stinks, Dan made it as pleasurable as possible from the very beginning. He was kind and understanding and kept me in the loop as to what was happening, got me in a loaner car the very next day and took care of all of my needs until I got my truck back. I've had experiences at other Chevrolet dealerships that were less than desirable, so this was a refreshing experience for me. Thank you Dan!

Misael went out of his way to take my truck in and get it fixed without an appointment. I had just purchased the truck a week ago and was really bummed out that it was in the shop already. Misael, Peter Hernandez, and the mechanic that worked on my truck to get it fixed went above and beyond to make things right. I couldn’t be any happier with these guys and Tom Bell Chevrolet.
