The only issue I faced was upon arriving, the person my appointment was scheduled with was nowhere to be found. It took several minutes to figure that out and find someone to assist me, but once Damon entered the fold, things went great. He was very helpful, walked me through several scenarios, provided helpful suggestions, and was able to get me in and out fairly quickly. Overall, a positive visit.

Damon was too notch. I’ve heard a lot of bad information regarding service at Tom Bell. However, Damon our those rumors to rest. He went above and beyond, kept me informed, and handled my service better than I expected. I will refer all my friends to Damon in the future!!!! He is an asset to the service department.

I was quoted a price over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. When I came in for service I was told it would be almost double...simply for the added service of tire rotation. I subsequently declined the tire rotation since I can get that done elsewhere for free. Later in the day, I noticed greasy finger prints on my hood and a dirty handprint on the interior frame of my vehicle. I am very disappointed with the service experience I had today.
