I’m having to bring back my Tahoe for the same issue this week. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine sensor and my stability track malfunctioning. Service rep reassured me that they tested vehicles multiple times and couldn’t find anymore issues with stability track. Well driving today down hill , stability track malfunction again. End result I will have to take more time off of work and bring vehicle in again.

Had an appt at 8. Left at 9:05 and still did not see the service manager. I did not get my truck back until around 3:30. For an oil change with a appt, thats just ridiculous. It was impossibly difficult and frustrating trying to get a hold of Misael. I think he was really busy unfortunately thats not really my problem. Just as you expect to get paid for services rendered, I expect to receive the services I paid for.
