Daniel was very helpful and willing to help me even though I didn't have a appointment I arrived at 645 waited for them to open first guy I think he worked in service told me to go inside and wait. On my way in I told Daniel he told me to sit and wait. Right away said no we will get your checked in. I paid the extra 19.95 for the car wash but my oil change was done at 745 Daniel let me know car wash didn't open till 8 which I was totally okay with. Then I got a text at 818 saying it was done give them 10 to 15 I actually waited 30 minutes to pay. She called them to get my car I went and wait they advised me it would be another 15 to 20 min then again I was told it should be ready went and waiting again then was told it would be another 15 min. This began to get frustrating I think Daniel was gonna wave my car wash but I had paid. But I think it still should have been waived because I did not even get my car until 10 minutes before ten when I was told it would be done by 830. And the service guy who was getting my car seemed very confused. But Daniel was great and gave me great customer service no complaints with him at all.
Did anyone by chance find my floor mats? I’m not sure if they were even in my car but I was positive that the ones in the front seats were
Annette kept me informed throughout the entire process and was extremely courteous. She definitely made my experience a positive one.
Misael was knowledgable and patient during our face to face meetings. He was quick to follow up and provide updates on the needs of the service of my vehicle via voice and text messages. I was impressed by his professionalism and customer service skills.

I towed my car at 2am. Left it there over night. I got the car back within a week, after chatting back and forth with Annette. She was super helpful and informative about what was going on at every step. The car seems to be in perfect condition now.
They did a great job and it was fast.
The customer service is alway Awesome here. Working with Daniel has always been Wonderful. He always make thing as simple and worry free as possible. He is amazing when it come to making me feel as good as I did the day I first drove off in my New Travers.
