I’ve been using Tom Bell for service for many years and will continue. There service staff is the best.
The service department had my car for almost a month to “fix” it. Finally yesterday I received a text with the “Good News Your car is ready to go”, according the service department. I pick-up my car yesterday....and today I bring my car back to your service department....

Request to have a oil change and the recommended service done that was informed for me to do from prior visit. Annette informed me upon my next visit to have the cabin filters replace, unfortunately Annette was not there today and I had to deal with Pedro (big mistake). Upon checking in for my appt I informed pedro I was there for a oil change and filters replace. Pedro stated he will have the tech to look at the filters to see if filters needed to be replace. Once my car was finished, reviewed the docs filters was not replace, asked why and he stated to replace them on my next visit, I said NO, I wish for them to be replace today and request for a mgr, spoke with Josh and he was very apologetic and offered a free car wash. Also Pedro waived the labor fees for filters. I was very upset with the visit today and had to CANCEL my dr appointment for the extra time I had to wait. I told both of them to have a nice weekend!
Provided up to date info and made it a point to let me know about an air conditioning noice which will have it checked out on my next visit
I always leave positive feedback but today I wasn't really happy with the customer service I was getting provided with. The person that was helping me today was awful. He wasn't listening to he's customers at all which it was me and my wife. He didn't provide the service that I like.
I'm happy to say I was well informed on the status of my truck. Not only was my truck well taken care of by the seevice team, the mechanics did an excellent job. My tr6ck was also detailed to perfection.

Poor communication with the process that the vehicle needed to have.
Our tire had a piece of wood in it which the rep kept on insinuating that it was there when we brought it in. We were forced to buy another tire when I feel we did not need it. Long story short the rep was rude unprofessional and left a very very bad impression on us. My husband has bought several cars at Tom Bell Chevrolet and this is one by far the worst experience we have ever had. I hope that moving forward this is corrected as we are loyal customers and are very happy with Tom Bell but this experience by far has not been the worse

Get fixed what I brought the vehicle in for. Don't make an excuse why it sat all day and my issue was not worked on.

Although the customer service was good I found several scratches on the repair that was made. I have been in contact with Mr. Petty but no response yet. Please advise.

Everything was taken care of in an extremely professional manner. I was told my truck would be done in an hour and it only took thirty minutes.
Tom bell has done a great job improving their overall look, but returning here didn’t feel like I’ve been a customer for years. I guess the reason I left then still feels the same. RIP great customer service.
