I made my appt online for 3:30pm & was given a hard time about it upon arrival because apparently service closed at 4 on Saturdays. Well Im sorry but its not my fault that your online system allows for an appt in this time slot & I shouldn't be given a hard time about it. I also wasnt given a courtesy wash because of the time of day. Other than that, things want alright. I recommend that u adjust your online system so this doesnt continue to happen.
A/C was not cooling as well as it used to. Dan helped me to get the problem diagnosed and resolved. Thanks A/c works great now
I have purchased 5 cars from Tom Bell over the last 6 years and have always had my vehicles serviced at Tom Bell, but I have to say that without a doubt it was the worst experience I have ever had. CJ’s lack of customer service was quite prominent. I usually do not post bad comment but I felt that my experience could not be left unsaid. I actually said to CJ that I would never consider buying another vehicle from Tom Bell because of his rudeness and attitude towards us, the customers. I was very satisfied with Dans professionalisms he always tries to make me feel at ease about my car but I was very disappointed at what was found wrong with the vehicle,being told that the oil cap was off bothered me because I had my oil change done there and to be told they can’t say who left it off is crazy, it obviously was the tech that did the oil change. This caused the car to stop on me while on the freeway for the third time in traffic, I could’ve gotten killed
