Hi this was the first time the experience was poor. I had an appointment at 11:30 am and I did not receive my car back until 6pm with no car washed when we were asked if we wanted one and we said yes after the fact it was already late in the day. I was not contacted that my car was done until after I paid for the oil change.

The service on the vehicle was awesome. The problem is that they sent a text asking if we had any questions or concerns. The text said that we could call or text back for information about our car. However when we placed several calls and a text nobody replied back. The lack of communication is what we had a problem with. If someone would have answered then everything would have been awesome.

I don’t like speaking negatively about anyone but CJ was not knowledgeable about my vehicle. He quoted me the wrong price as well as not how many quart of fluid that my transmission needs. Because of this incompetence, I spent 4 hours there today but only got my oil changed. It was a big waist of my time. I even called ahead to get a quote. I asked CJ what transmission did I have in my truck and he said “I don’t know” but still quoted me a price. I arrived at 11am but wasn’t told that my $320 estimate was now over $800. That’s not right.
