Witnessed the service writers bicker while I waited to be checked in; service took 30 min longer than time promised; my keys were misplaced at the completion of service; dark greasy hand print was left on my hood by mechanic. The experience sucked. Definitely not worth driving pass the Moreno Valley Chevy dealer to Redlands for sub par service.

In addition to over charging, the programming must be off because I can't unlock the back doors using the unlock button, and the windows no longer roll up automatically with one push of the button. The car sounds louder than it should. I feel like it's a matter of time before there's another problem. So, no, I'm not happy.
