Dan Burros always takes of us very polite
She was amazing and caring to my small children. It was a really stressful day and she walked me off the Ledge. I was really upset about a new truck breaking down with my family in it in over 100 degree weather. She made me feel comfortable and completely took care of my small children and there safety. She also kept me informed throughout the process. She started the loaner truck to ensure my kids were getting into a cool car. She gave them snacks and ice water. As a mother I really appreciate her and staff taking care of my kids and making sure the were not hungry and hydrated. This was an unfortunate situation but you have a great service team.
I am very greatful for the staff in the service department. I felt like i was with family. And how they are. Thanks everyone at tom bell.

Damon told me to come back another time, and that whoever made my appt for 2pm on Friday didn’t understand that more time was needed to diagnose the engine and transmission issues. So I left without an attempt at resolution. In the past, Service Advisor Dan has found the time to look at potential issues.
