I made a appointment for my oil change at 9:00am I wanted like 10 min before I got helped with my car. I also asked for a car wash because my car needed it. They told me I should be done by 11. It was 11:03 and I got a text saying they are still working on my car. The gentleman who helped me came out to apologize for the long wait and they were finally washing my car (11:30) he was saying because of the wait I would get my oil change for free. It was 11:45ish and they were finally done with my car. I went up to pay and It was a total of 75.00. I was confused and frustrated I just paid and left. And It looked like there was a scratch on my window. I hope it’s not , so I’m gonna have to get my car another wash. I do enjoy my services at this car dealer, but today service was just disappointing

Dan in service is the Best!! He keeps me informed on my car, arranges for a ride and is always in a good mood!!! He treats my car like it was his own!!! I will always come back to have Dan handle my service!!!

First of all thanks to Josh Tom Bells manager to take the time to look at my car and work with me. And of course as well to Misael Miranda for being a helpful service advisor. He was in contact with me while the car was being worked on. Misael always does really good. So I'm completely satisfied with my recent visit with Tom Bell.
