Well when I called to make my appointment they said it would be 1 too 1 1/2 hours total. So I made my appt for 2pm to be gone by 3 or 3:30pm. It was 4pm before they guy finally came up to me and said we still haven't gotten to your truck. So I had to take my truck and leave. So my truck never got serviced today. Not a happy customer at all.

I had a great experience buying the used vehicle for my daughter. I was planning on buying a Traverse in 2 months but after seeing the way the customer service is in the service center, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Well I can say this it has been nice to be help by Howard at the service desk. He always has been a top notch to our family and has been the reason we over looked so many bad experiences with Tom Bell. We have purchase two vehicles from you guys and are currently in the market to purchase another Cevy. However I can say it will.not be thru Tom Be nor will we do business with your company again reasons being poor customer service on all levels up to managers the only exception has been Howard. Being lied to several times, shotty work man ship, and poor communication.
The service was ok, people are friendly, but the prices are so high. I used a 20 dollar coupon and still paid almost 50 dollars for an oil change. Wow. That's just crazy.

Dan took special care to see that my service was finished early. I worried when I learned Jan retired, but Dan picked up where she left off.
Only thing is I presented a manufacturer’s coupon for 20 off my oil change he took my coupon and I did not receive my discount. I felt like he ignored the issue.
Daniel Burrus is an awesome customer service/ service department representative. He listens and explains in detail whatever you don’t understand.
