The rep Damon was great but my car had the words Free a wash written on window and the trash (paper mats you put down, tag) was still in car which made me feel like my car was not wiped down properly inside and due to covid that bothered me.
Job was well done. My car wash took awhile tho. Overall great service.

Dan is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Usually I meet with advisors who just see me as young and naive and someone to take andvantage of, but Dan was very patient and very helpful and understood that we are not made of money.
The last two services I’ve had with Tom Bell. I’ve asked for the tire sensor to be reset and still to this date I have no readings in my vehicles if my tires pressure is good or not. Also i feel after paying a hefty penny I should leave with a courtesy wash and left with a dirty ride.
Im not sure to come back to service my truck so thanks for nothing
